The wait staff seemed pleasant enough but the is only so much they can do to help. When checking in I made sure it was a non smoking double room. I was told that I had to pay extras which shocked me. I was just disappointed. The room besides being 100*inside appeared dirty, punda garbage in trashcan by desk not to mention the mattress pad cover made of plastic that remained so loose that is was forming horrible lumps in the bed.
